If you order early enough, we will pick up the shipment in larger towns on the same day by 15:00, otherwise the next day at the desired address. If you are not always available at the address, please remind us that the courier will call you at least one hour before arrival or leave the shipment at another address, e.g. neighbour. The shipment is delivered the next working day after receipt.

Yes. In this case, the recipient pays for the transport and the ransom amount to the Tine Express bank account based on the pro forma invoice sent by e-mail. The ransom fee is then transferred to the sender on the current account within 5 working days.
